What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all four major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and Discover. We will also accept credit card payments online through PayPal.Verified buyers may submit payments to the PayPal account [email protected].

Why do you require having the same billing and shipping address for credit card transactions?
It’s for protection. We have had a couple of unfortunate dealings with credit card fraud (when someone calls in with a stolen card and has it shipped to an address different to that on the card). When that happens, everybody loses. So to avoid that, we just require that the address you want your product shipped to is registered on the card. It’s a case where one bad guy makes it hard on the rest of us, but this is to keep all the deals safe.

Do you accept C.O.D.?
Sorry we do not accept C.O.D.

Do you offer gift certificates?
Yes we do.

Do you offer layaways?
We do have a layaway option. We do require a deposit of 50% of the item’s selling price. We will then hold that item for you for a period of 30 days. The 48 hour approval period will not apply to any item on a layaway purchase. In the event of a “failed layaway”, any and all deposits that were paid are non-refundable and they are also not transferable for the purchase of another item.

We ship via USPS and FEDEX only.
FEDEX and USPS have proven to be the fastest, most reliable with the easiest tracking and least amount of damage over the 32 years we have been shipping.

What is your return policy?
If you buy a product and have it shipped to you, you can return it within 48 hours for a refund/return, no questions asked. Item must be returned in the same condition as it left our store with all of its parts, not altered in any way. Buyer must pay for return shipment AND ALL credit card/ PayPal transaction fees that were charged to us for the transaction. For in store purchases, the same applies.

Do you have a repair shop?
Yes, we have a full service repair shop.

Are you an authorized service center for my instrument?
We are an authorized service center for Gibson.

What warranties do you have on your products?
For used gear, we have a 30 day warranty unless marked “as is”. As for all other new gear, each company has a different warranty. We also offer a 30 day warranty on all work done on guitars at the repair shop.
